The programme was highly informative and has contributed significantly to my professional growth, allowing me to progress to a more advanced level in my career in Credit Collections.

I found that life is not only about oneself, but also about others. As it unfolds, it needs other people who help you become aware of who you are. In this course, this was done at a high level, prompting me to think beyond normal thinking, yet in a very gentle manner. I now know myself better, and I believe this knowledge is not absolute, I am still growing.

I would appreciate more of this kind of workshop. (Bravo)

IT WAS EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE,THE LECTURE WAS FRIENDLY AND OPEN TO SHARING MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE COURSE.HE MADE WORK EXPERIENCE EXAMPLES SO WE CAN RELATED AND GAVE US TIPS ON HOW TO CONDUCT OURSELVES AS SUPERVISORS IN OUR WORK PLACE.

This was a jam-packed course but the facilitator was amazing, approachable and fun overall. The food and refreshments were great.

it was very informative and educational in lot of things which i never take a note of in my life, The lecturer was patience in terms of making you to understand the complicated things, I will forever be grateful in my life for the service which was rendered ,i look forward in future when circumstances allows to other courses in other fields.
