Early Bird Special Terms and Conditions

The 2027 Early Bird Special is available exclusively for the selected courses listed on this page. This promotional offer allows eligible delegates to secure a place on participating 2027 course intakes at the applicable 2026 course fee, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.  

  1. 1. Eligibility

The Early Bird Special applies only to the designated 2027 courses featured on this webpage. Courses not listed as part of the promotion are excluded and will be charged at the applicable 2027 course fee.  

  1. 2. Registration and Payment Deadline

To qualify for the Early Bird Special, delegates must complete both:
  •     • The online registration process; and
  •     • Full payment of the course fee
on or before 15 December 2026.
Registrations received without full payment by the closing date will not qualify for the promotional pricing.

  1. 3. Promotional Pricing

Eligible delegates will pay the applicable 2026 course fee for their selected 2027 course. This pricing is fixed at the time of registration and payment and will not be adjusted if course fees increase for 2027.

  1. 4. Limited-Time Offer

The Early Bird Special is available for a limited period only and expires at 23:59 on 15 December 2026. No extensions will be granted unless formally announced by Enterprises University of Pretoria.

  1. 5. Selected Intake Only

The discounted fee applies only to the specific 2027 course intake selected during registration. Should a delegate request to transfer to a different intake, course, or programme, additional fees may apply.

  1. 6. Non-Transferable Offer

Registrations secured under the Early Bird Special are non-transferable to another individual and may not be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other benefit.

  1. 7. Combination with Other Discounts

The Early Bird Special may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional offer, scholarship, bursary, loyalty incentive, corporate agreement, or special pricing arrangement unless expressly approved in writing by Enterprises University of Pretoria.

  1. 8. Course Confirmation and Scheduling

All courses remain subject to minimum enrolment requirements and operational considerations. Enterprises University of Pretoria reserves the right to:
  •     • Amend course dates and schedules;
        • Change the delivery format (online, contact or hybrid);
        • Change facilitators or venues where necessary; and
        • Postpone or cancel a course if operational requirements are not met.

    1. 9. Postponements and Cancellations

    Should a course be postponed or cancelled by Enterprises University of Pretoria, delegates will be offered:
        • A place on the next available intake of the same course; or
        • An alternative solution in accordance with Enterprises University of Pretoria’s registration and refund policies.

    1. 10. Cancellations by Delegates

    Any cancellation, substitution, refund request, or transfer request initiated by a delegate will be managed in accordance with the standard Enterprises University of Pretoria course terms and conditions and cancellation policy applicable at the time of registration.

    1. 11. Accuracy of Information

    Delegates are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the registration process is accurate, complete, and up to date. Enterprises University of Pretoria will not be held responsible for delays or complications resulting from incorrect information supplied by delegates.

    1. 12. Corporate and Group Registrations

    Organisations registering multiple delegates must ensure that payment is received by the promotional deadline to secure the discounted rate. Unpaid or partially paid registrations may not qualify for the Early Bird pricing.

    1. 13. Communication and Proof of Payment

    Delegates may be required to provide proof of payment before enrolment can be confirmed. Registration confirmation will only be issued once payment has been successfully verified.

    1. 14. Right to Amend or Withdraw

    Enterprises University of Pretoria reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at its discretion. Any changes will not affect registrations and payments already completed and confirmed before the effective date of such changes.

    1. 15. Acceptance of Terms

      By registering for a course under the Early Bird Special, delegates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with the standard course registration terms and conditions of Enterprises University of Pretoria.
