From Conflict to Collaboration follows a four-phase, experiential learning journey that combines behavioural science, strategy, and gamified activities to cultivate trust, communication, and sustainable change.

Participants begin by exploring team dynamics, communication styles, and psychological safety, then apply their learning through immersive simulations such as live escape room challenges and LEGO®-based team problem-solving. Each phase builds on the last, reinforcing key behaviours and equipping teams to function effectively under pressure, resolve conflict constructively, and align around shared goals.
