MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
     Education and qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (NQF level 7)Valid driver’s licence.South African citizen.   Knowledge, skills and experience: At least 4 years’ experience as a Human Resources Practitioner Professional registration with SABPP or similar body will be advantageousProficiency in SAGE 300 People.Sound knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and all HR related legislationExcellent written and communication skillsGood interpersonal and negotiation skillsReport writing and presentation skillsAdvanced computer literacyExcellent organisational and coordination skillsAssertiveness
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of HR policies and strategies, aligned with business strategies and compliance Training and skills development activities of employees and reporting thereofExecution of all aspects of HR operations and administrationResponsible for effective execution of recruitment and selection activitiesMaintain effective people practices and employee relations between the company and employeesEffective resource management in the HR environmentEnd-to end HR service visibility with excellent service levels
