The Training Solutions division has a vacant position of an Event Controller. The Event Controller will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all financial information relating to active events on the management information system. The Event Controller will play a crucial part to verify our financial data in the operational department to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance, generation, business administration and reporting.

Education and qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Bookkeeping
Valid driver’s license.
South African citizen.
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
Financial administration (5 years)
Basic cost accounting (3 years)
Financial processes
Computer proficient (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Project Management
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Finalisation of projects
Event revenue reconciliation
Invoicing and credit notes
Managing of year end processes and annual audit
Purchase orders
Cancelled projects, recoveries, unallocated bank and event schedule
