The Training Solutions division has a vacant position of a Senior Records Officer. This role is responsible for handling of all activities associated with the Programme Administration and Record Keeping portfolio, including offering quality customer service standards by responding to incoming calls, emails and face-to-face interactions with customers on a day-to-day basis.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and experience:
• A 3-year qualification, preferably in the areas of Business Management/Administration
• Advanced computer literacy – Excel, Word and Outlook
• 3 years relevant experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Record Management and Certificate Administration: Manage Programme records and certificates with accuracy, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval for both internal and external needs..
• Supervision, workflow planning and control: Oversee daily administrative workflows, guiding staff and streamlining processed to deliver efficient programme support.
• Internal and External Communication: Provide responsive customer service by handling calls, emails and face to face queries while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Communication templates to be implemented
• Corporate Governance and Information Security: Safeguard sensitive programme information and uphold governance standards through secure and complaint record keeping practices.
• Quality operations and continuous improvement: Promote service excellence by monitoring operations, addressing gaps and driving continuous improvements in programme administration.
