Enterprises University of Pretoria is an entity that commercialises the research outcomes of the University of Pretoria through contract research, consulting and specialist advisory services. 

The Finance division has a vacant position of a Receptionist. This role is responsible for delivering an efficient and professional front office service by managing the reception area, handling enquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment for all delegates, staff, visitors and adherence to health and safety protocols.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and experience:
• National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
• 2 years of reception and administrative experience.
• Experience in an educational environment is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service and front office management.
• Strong administrative background.
• Computer literacy.
• Telephone etiquette skills
Behavioural competencies:
• Excellent organisational communication skills.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Professional conduct and appearance.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Significant experience in working with minimal supervision.

• Reception duties.
• Meeting venue and parking coordination.
• Customer support.
• Administrative support.
• Health and Safety representative.
