The Training Solutions division has a vacant position of an Course Coordinator. The Course Coordinator Coordinates all activities including the planning, organizing and controlling of continuing education programmes within a specified portfolio, including open programmes and client-specific interventions and contracts, to meet contractual obligations and quality customer service standards. The incumbent handles multiple courses and projects simultaneously.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education and qualifications:
• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Relevant three-year tertiary qualification
• Valid driver’s license.
• South African citizen.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
• Experience of preferably three years in organising of projects, events, marketing and sales of products/goods/services.
• Exposure to a training environment.
• Basic financial principles.
• Advanced writing and verbal communication in English.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Project Management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Event administration.
• Quality control.
• Delegate administration.
• Event operations.
• Product and event marketing.
• Converting potential delegates to paid delegates (sales and lead conversion).
• Project management.
