| MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS |
| Education and qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (NQF level 7)Valid driver’s license.South African citizen. Knowledge, skills and experience: At least 4 years’ experience as a Human Resources Practitioner Professional registration with SABPP or similar body will be advantageousProficiency in SAGE 300 People. Sound knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and all HR related legislation , excellent written and communication skills Good interpersonal and negotiation skills Report writing and presentation skills Advanced computer literacy Excellent organisational and coordination skillsAssertiveness |
| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
| Implementation of HR policies and strategies, aligned with business strategies and compliance Training and skills development activities of employees and reporting thereof Execution of all aspects of HR operations and administration Responsible for effective execution of recruitment and selection activities Maintain effective people practices and employee relations between the company and employees Effective resource management in the HR environment End-to end HR service visibility with excellent service levels |
